  • SCOR-Walkthrough
    The SCOR Walkthrough is designed to provide a comprehensive examination of the SCOR model and the methodology for using the SCOR model within an organisation. It is designed to support organisations who are attempting to develop a business case for supply chain management projects as well as those who have already determined the business case exists and are seeking more guidance on the specifics of implementing projects using SCOR.

  • SCM impact on finance workshop
    This workshop is designed to provide complementary information to all Supply Chain Council members who have attended the Supply Chain Operations Reference-model (SCOR) workshop or whom are currently adopting or have adopted SCOR in their operations. It is an advanced workshop in SCOR that provides detailed explanation on how Supply Chain Management improvements in supply chain cycle time, supply chain velocity, supply chain responsiveness and supply chain cost can enhance your company's financial performance.

  • Material Flow Cost Accounting workshop
    In the FCA workshop we explain the method and approach of material flow cost accounting. We examine the importance of a transparent material flow, and discuss the new opportunities that appear with this detailed knowledge of the material flow. It was designed to support organizations who are looking for new ways to reduce their waste and consequently reduce their material costs. This workshop will be given in cooperation with the institute of Management and Environment in Germany (IMU), who are the founders of the FCA-method.
