John Paul (PhD, MBA, MSc, BEng) is an expert in Supply Chain Management and Operational Improvement for manufacturing and services. Since 2003, he runs iCognitive international, a dynamic, innovative consultancy company offering excellence in Supply chain services and currently expanding through the region (Malaysia, China), in Europe (France) and soon on the North American continent. Clients are worldwide based.

Prior to iCognitive, from 1997 to 2003, John Paul has been working for SIMTech (Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology). He successfully started and developed the Supply Chain Management Research Center aiming to support regional SMEs, PLEs and MNCs in their Supply Chain improvement strategies, such as Philips CFT, Stamford Press, Sony, Venture manufacturing, Petronas Oil Business, MINDEF, etc. Before joining SIMTech in 1997, John Paul has spent 10 years working for Digital Equipment Corporation Europe. First as Administration & Logistics Program Director based in France and later joined the European team in Geneva (Switzerland) as Program manager for Europe. In his last position, he managed several strategic Supply Chain Management projects such as Dupont, Danzas, DHL European Rim and Thomson.

In the meantime, John Paul has written numerous SCM-articles and has been lecturing in different European Universities (Paris 12 and ISLI in Bordeaux) and Nanyang Technological University Singapore, ESSEC Asian Campus in Singapore. He is currently an associate professor of the Bordeaux Business School (France).

President of the Society of Logistics Engineers, Paris Chapter From 1990 to 1995, then in 1999 the founder and current Secretary of the South East Asia Chapter of the Supply Chain Council, John is currently a member of the Technical Development Committee of the Supply Chain Council. He is the sole SCC certified SCOR instructor in the region and has trained over 1000 Supply Chain executives from 110 different companies in the region.

He holds a PhD researcher in Engineering Management, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Logistics, a Masters?Degree in Economics and an MBA in Management.

Luc Kremers (MSc) is a senior supply chain consultant with iCognitive. He has ten years of project management experience in supply chain management consulting within various industries in Southeast Asia. In addition to consulting, he is responsible for the Annual Supply Chain Benchmark study for Southeast Asia and the Supply Chain Performance Measurement (SCPM) application called SCIPO, both of which he launched and developed in his previous job in the SCM Center in SIMTech. Prior to joining SIMTech in 1997, he worked as a Logistics Engineer for ECT, the largest container terminal in Europe.

In the past few years he has written various SCM-articles and presented in numerous conferences in the region about SCM. He has been a member of the Metrics Committee of the Supply Chain Council and contributed to the metrics in SCOR version 7.0 and 8.0. He received his Masters in Logistics in 1996 from Delft University in the Netherlands.

Jean Jacques Laville (MSc) is a senior supply chain consultant at iCognitive Europe. He has provided consulting service using the SCOR model in various industries and countries in Europe. This includes automotive, third party logistics, and chemical industries. One of his main interests is in supply chain risks where he applied the SCOR model to show how the model is able to help companies to do vulnerabilities identification, risks assessment, and finally go towards stabilized supply chains.

Before joining iCognitive Europe, he first joined the French Tupperware plant as a manager responsible for import/export stock management, then in charge of warehousing and transportation for a consumable data processing specialized company. In 1998, he joined European Refrigerating Transport where he was responsible for distribution operations for retailers such as Carrefour and Auchan. For the past seven years, he was the supply chain manager for Alliance Bordeaux, a leading winery company in Europe.

Moreover, he has written an article on supply chain risks in French review. Jean Jacques Laville obtained his Master degree in Supply Chain Management in Bordeaux Business School (France). In addition, he has an academic diploma in logistic and transportation.

Frederic GOMER (BEng) is a senior supply chain consultant with iCognitive. During his 8 years of consulting, he had the opportunity to participate and conduct international projects in Supply chain management in various industries (Oil & Gas, manufacturing, airlines, industrial ports, logistics etc…). Encompassing the different aspects of the Supply Chain, its projects span from audit of organizations and processes until the implementation of recommended solutions (cost reduction program, inventory optimization, productivity improvement, distribution network re-engineering, 3PL outsourcing etc…).

Prior to joining iCognitive, Frederic worked for major companies (Stanley-FACOM, Imprimerie Nationale, UPM KYMMNE) on projects aiming to improve operational profitability, and more recently for a SCM-specialized consulting company in the Middle East. Frederic obtained his Bachelor degree in Material Science & Process engineering from INPG (Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France).

Catherine Hoyez (MSc) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. Prior to joining iCognitive, she has worked more than 10 years in Supply Chain Operations for multinational companies such as Coca Cola, Michelin and Gemalto, as Customer Service Manager, S&OP and Supply Chain Manager, in France and Singapore. Expert in S&OP, Catherine has also handled major cross functional projects in the Asia Pacific region in process/flow optimization, collaborated to factory expansion and ERP migration projects and provided internal training in Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Normative Inventory implementation. Her last position held was Supply Chain Manager, covering Customer Service, Production Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Systems and Process.

Catherine obtained her Master’s Degree in Logistics from Aix en Provence – Marseille III University in France, after graduating from Logistics Institute of Technology of Paris Evry.

Diao Zong Jie (MSc, BEng) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. She has provided consulting service to MNC in beverage industry, a major telecommunication equipment manufacturer in China and a leading airline in the Middle East. She is also involved in supply chain performance improvement projects for companies in Asia Pacific area, and the annual benchmark study for China.

Prior to joining iCognitive, she was working in Semiconductor Product Group of Agilent Technologies Singapore, responsible for supplier management, customer support, quality improvement, process optimization of a key product family. She initiated and led the research, design, plan, implementation, production management, quality assurance and further development of a totally new in-house test process.

Zong Jie obtained her Master degree in Manufacturing Systems and Technologies from SMA (Singapore MIT-Alliance), a joint master program of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Nanyang Technology University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS). Prior to her Master degree, she received her Bachelor degree in Electronics and Information Engineering from Xi¡¯an Jiaotong University in China.

Zhou Rui (MSc, BEng) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. She has provided consulting service to Coca Cola, a leading brand in beverage industry in China and a famous aerospace equipment manufacturer in Singapore.

Prior to joining iCognitive, she was working in Procter & Gamble Ltd., where she was responsible for supply chain management, lean manufacturing, process optimization of key products. She led several projects to improve process performance and cost reduction.

Zhou Rui obtained her Master degree in Chemical process Engineering from Zhejiang University in China. Prior to her master degree, she received her bachelor degree in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, also from Zhejiang University in China.

Zuo Jie (MEng, MSc, BEng) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. Prior to joining iCognitive, she did her internship at IBM Customer Solution Centre (CSC), under IBM Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Singapore. She was involved in internal consulting projects including mapping and streamlining of CSC pre-sales process, establishing virtual framework for vendor qualifications, etc.

She holds a degree of Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, USA). She also has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU, Singapore), where she did operation research on multi-objective scheduling with discrete event simulation approach. Prior to her Masters’ degrees, she was studying in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University (ZJU, China) for her Bachelor degree.

Suresh Indukuri (MSc, B. Pharmacy) is a Supply Chain Consultant with iCognitive. He has strong back ground in sourcing, marketing and clinical research in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. He has worked on White Paper on Business Process Management for Microsoft and also did Supply Chain Efficiency study for European Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries during his internship in France.

Prior to joining iCognitive he was working in Biotech company in India and he was responsible for getting regulatory approvals, launching new products and building alliances with global players for Bio-Technology products like Interferon Alfa 2B, Erythropoietin, Human Growth Hormone and managing clinical trials.

Suresh holds a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Bordeaux Business School (ISLI) in France, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Bhavan’s Institute of Communication and Management in India and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Mangalore University in India.

Wang Haiquan (MSc, BEng) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. Prior to joining iCognitive, he was working as a project manager in InFocus System Asia, responsible for project management in new product development. He has managed international project teams and successfully delivered several OEM products. In addition to project management, he was also responsible for managing both internal and external supply chain functional teams and supporting company-wide new product launch.

Haiquan obtained his Master in Manufacturing Systems and Technologies from SMA (Singapore MIT-Alliance), a joint master program between Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in USA and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Prior to his Master, he received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China.

Magdalena Wilczek (MSc) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. She has provided consulting services during international projects with iCognitive Europe, including a French-Singaporean SCOR project for a leading French aerospace equipment manufacturer in the area of supply chain reconfiguration, operational improvement, SCOR implementation and technology deployment.

Prior to joining iCognitive, she worked as a freelance conference interpreter for international organizations and businesses in various industrial sectors in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK and Poland.

Magdalena Wilczek holds a Masters Degree in "Strategy and Management of International Business" from the ESSEC Business School, along with a MBA Certificate from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.

Nicolas Traineau (MSc, BEng) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive.

Prior to joining iCognitive, he worked as an assistant of the supply chain manager in a brokerage start-up company dealing with Oil & Gas device trade.

Nicolas Traineau obtained his Masters Degree in “Strategy and Management of International Business” from the ESSEC Business School in Singapore. During the same year, he received a MBA certificate from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Prior to his Master Degree, he received his Engineering degree with a specialization in “industrial and supply chain management” from ENSAM (Ecole Nationale superieure d’Arts et Metiers )in France.

Xin Hainan (MSc, BEng) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. Prior to joining iCognitive, he was working in Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Singapore, responsible for long term capacity planning. In this role, he has worked closely with management on factory capacity expansion solutions to fulfill dynamic customer demand with minimum capital expenditure. Before this, Hainan also worked as a Quality Competence Engineer in Philips Electronics Singapore, his role including Performance, Quality and Reliability testing, as well as transferring new testing methodology from Philips Europe to Singapore.

Hainan holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing System and Technology from SMA (Singapore MIT-Alliance), a joint program between Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and two Singapore universities, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS). He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.

Clement Roullet (MSc, MSc Eng) is a supply chain consultant with iCognitive. Prior to joining iCognitive, he worked as an IT manager in one of the major French media company. There he delt with project management and IT administration matters at an executive level. He was in charge of the administration systems & networks monitoring and supervision and was responsible for the budget of the whole division.

Clement Roullet holds a Masters Degree in "Strategy and Management of International Business" from the ESSEC Business School in Singapore along with a MBA Certificate from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore obtained the same year. Prior to his Master Degree, he received his Engineering degree with a specialization in "IT management and computer science" from EFREI (Ecole Francaise d'Electronique et d'Informatique) in France.

Yu Haihua (BEng) is an IT-supply chain analyst with iCognitive. He has strong analytical and technical background in software development and operations research.

Prior to joining iCognitive, he worked in Huawei Technologies. There he developed and maintained HW-IP-OSS system which was to monitor, supervise and control the behaviour and performance of network elements, thus offering IP management function for network devices. This system was awarded as second prize of Science and Technology improvement of the Ministry of Science and Technology in China. He was also involved in the development of High level Router such NE80, NE40. Before joining Huawei, he worked for USTC e-business Technology co., LTD, China and developed Telstar system which was to manage and maintain telecommunication networks. It was awarded as the best one comparing with similar systems used in China Telecom and China Mobile in a competition in 2004. He also developed a CANVAS system which was to manage customer relationship for NTT.

Haihua obtained his bachelor degree in Computer Science from Hefei University of Technology in China.

Syril Jose ( MCA ) is an IT-supply chain analyst with iCognitive. He has strong background in Software development. He focuses on developing IT business solutions for iCognitive. Prior to joining iCognitive, he was working as a Software Engineer in India. He was involved in the design and development of different software projects. He was also involved in providing Technical Support.

Syril Jose obtained his Masters degree in Computer Applications from Mahatma Gandhi University in India and received his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science – Computer Technology from Periyar University in India.

Sankaramoorthy Prabahar (Msc) is an IT-supply chain System analyst with iCognitive. He has strong background and proficiency in Microsoft technologies for Software development. He focuses on developing IT business solutions for iCognitive. Prior to joining iCognitive, he worked in CSS-SlashSupport in India. He was involved in the system design and development of different software projects like web application, windows application, socket – server application etc.

Sankaramoorthy Prabahar obtained his Masters degree in Computer Science from Alagappa University in India and received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University in India.
